The window motor is part of the regulator. I have replaced a few of these and they aren't that bad to do. There are cables that draw the window up and down and they get messed up and cause the window not to work correctly if at all. If you have never done one before, I would suggest having someone else do the work.

On that car, 99 times out of a hundred, it's just the plastic gear strip. It's reasonably easy to change out if you have done much of that sort of thing.
If it's not that, chances are you've got a bad, or corroded, electrical connection. If neither the driver's side switch nor the passenger side switch will operate the window, take off the door panel, unplug the connection to the motor, and plug it back in. This usually works.

those rubber grommets are used to reduce vibration, without them you run the chance and detrimental the recent motor. i'm efficient you may manufacture any piece of rubber with similar thickness to remount the motor back interior the door.
