I know what you mean, my husband wants to name our son Odin, blah. We finally agreed on a family name. But if we have a girl its going to be Hannah Lynn. He wanted Kahlan, its pronounce like colin, the boys name. I liked it for a while but I like Hannah better. You could get one of those baby books or look up names on the internet. You will know for sure what to name her when you see her. Good luck and congrats.

I tend to like names that are way out there.
Era Rhiannon
Aea Galexie or Aea Calixte (beautiful road to Aea)
Aea ay uh) Calixte Ca lix tay)
Adragon Tala (uh dray gon ta lah - dragons in mythology were the keepers of secrets and the protectors of treasures; in this case the name means housing the soul of the wolf (stalking wolf))
Onnen Brodie (for onnen see this site http://www.houseofnames.com/xq/asp.c/qx/onnen-coat-arms.htm)
Axana Parker or Axana Pele (pay lay)
Kalyca Bronze (the story behind this name is a bronzed rosebud Kalyca is a greek name that means rosebud; bronze is the color that promotes positive relationships)
Tamsyn Rylee
Tatum Moon (some books say the name means cheerful and I prefer that meaning myself; as in a cheerful moon.)
Tatum Brynlee
Tapanga Lily (Tapanga means sweet thus a sweet Lily)
Quinn Colleen
Lavender Greenlee
I really like Autumn Willow and I also like Autumn Topaz, Autumn Fawn, Autumn Sun. Autumn Moon. Autumn Beauty and Autumn Jewel.
As you can tell I don't like your every day run of the mill names.

Autumn Willow is very beautiful!
Summer, Aspen, April all fit the profile that your partner likes.... here's one that is a little more daring, but I really like it: Pagan (like Maegan with a P... it means "love and respect for all living things" it is VERY old world.
