We're dealing with statistical variations. To say that all African American men prefer this would be to stereotype. However, I think that some like women with big arses, simply because I've seen them. But so do other men, and even other women!
And in some cultures like women with curves. This is especially seen in Brazilian men, who prefer women with a shapely figure.
