I know I should not take it personally but sometimes I do.
One person can put me in a bad mood for awhile.
I usually am able to recover quickly though and I try to give all of my callers good service and be as helpful as I am able.

No I'm not a crier. And the only phone calls that could ruin my day is if it's my mother.

Nope never, I used work on the telephone for a bank, and people used to scream at me for re-possessing thier house, never bothered me, not my problem. Maybe thinking back, I didn't have the right attitude for customer services but it was fun at the time.

I don't work with phones but yes one person can ruin a whole day...and you should not take peoples crap! E*V*E*R!

Yes it can. I worked in telecommunications for years and it was brutal.
