Why are all these celebs in Rehab? Why does Paris/nicole Richie NEVER get arrested or a night in jail for drunk driving. is it a crime to be poor?

Yes! It is a crime to be poor. Finally, someone noticed. If you're poor you can expect to go to prison. If you are rich an influential then expect nothing worse than a slap on the wrist and a spell in rehab. How many times has Pete Doherty been arrested for taking class A drugs? Someone numerically challenged would have to take their shoes off to count it. Yet has he been in gaol? Of course not, he's not your average every day smack addict who would go to prison for a good long while for a second offense, never mind a 7th or 8th.

I love the way I posed that question. Celebs are in rehab cause they have their habits. Sometimes they only go because they're forced ie. Lindsey and Brit. Then they come out crazier than ever! I guess it is a crime to be poor cause if we did a fourth of what these chicks have done, we would be beggin' Big Bertha to pass the toilet paper. They should have to pay consequences like real folks do.

Believe me, the 3 musketeers ( Paris,Nichole,Lynsey ) ALL have been arrested for one thing or another , BUT ! With the exception of Linoel Richie ..here comes $$$$ bags to the rescue, had my way I'd ship these KIDS to Boot Camp

What are you talking about - both Nicole and Paris had been arrested for DUI.
It is just a question if they both got any ideas from that. Apparently the girls are way too stupid to learned from their experience.

i agree with you! just beacuse they are famous, they should still arest them. no it is not a crime to be poor and the celebs think they can make anything ok. one minute britney is doing that drug prevention next shes taking them. they also think their life is crudy beacase they "dont make as much money as so ans so" or "there're not as hot as so and so." They have no right to do that.

i think they like it in rehab. they have a schedule, no paparatzi, food isnt terrible (or so i hear). and being poor isnt a crime, being smart i guess is, all these ppl in young hollywood arent smart. they are downright stupid!!!
