to Eric H, deron williams is in his second year and not eligible for ROOKIE of the year. In my opinion, it would be brandon roy because hes developed into a solid pointguard. hes a huge reason that the trailblazer have turned to a sub 500 team hes also got a passer instinct

i think deron wiliams deserve it this time. chris paul got it from him last time by last year and i think wiliams should get it this year. roy and barnyani are too young eight now also.
