We just moved together, b/c he 'has no where else to go' I told him, we can be friends, but he claimed he wanted to get back together. Now I wish i wouldn't have moved him in.

Honey...he is using you. kick him out...don't be so desperate.
Whose idea was this whole thing.....yours or his. Does he work? I hope you are not sitting yourself up for real heartaches.

It's not too late to let him know you want him to leave. If you are not comfortable, do it. He's a grown man, right? He should be able to find a place to stay. Either that or lay down the rules for getting back together - it has to be an exclusive relationship.

if u have doubts i would not trust him for awhile. if he talks to others it could mean he isn't that serious about u, but chances are if he had no where else to go that that was his main motive for moving in. if u broke up due to a trust issue, i would not count on things to change with him.

Give him notice and contact a lawyer re: having him removed from your premises.
