It is a pretty easy job. The resistor pack should be located under the pass side of the dash. Look for a wiring harness with several wires going into it, that should be the resistor. Remove the wiring harness and there should be 2 or 3 screws that hold the resistor into the HVAC unit. I would recommend getting a new resistor pack from the dealer.
