Sara Ramirez....no contest. She is an absolutely AMAZING singer and she can act! She has already won a Tony award for her talent on broadway...and she is turning heads on ABC's Grey's Anatomy as Callie. She is the only reason I watch the show. If you look at her resume` you can see that she can play any part and do it well. She is currently working on her first solo album...I CAN'T WAIT for it to come out.
