Yeah I actually have felt like that, and you know, if you have a lot of stress going on in your life maybe you should try taking a break from your daily routine if you have one, or should try a sport, that's what helped me.

Lose touch with environment or self? Not really.....unless the stress has caused me to lose sleep & be unrested--then sometimes I just feel like I'm in a fog.

do you mean you mean you're imagining people are ganging up on you? Seems you'd be able to tell whether people are ganging up on you or not. If you're imagining it, it sounds a little like paranoia. It may be your subconscious trying to find an 'out' or preparing an excuse for you, like if something's expected of you & you're not able to deliver. it.

Of course! The stress takes over, and even the slightest things contribute even more to that stress. Eventually I just blow up or break down, but either way I end up unable to function and in a daze. It's a vicious cycle... =(

Yes! I do,sometimes I get so stress that I want to punch my computer screen,but that would only break my hand.
