i take advantage of kitty muddle on oil spills. Use the type that's clay soil like from greenback Tree. A 5 pound bag will bypass an prolonged way. you may sweep it up and re use it until eventually it gets discolored, i take advantage of a paint bucket to keep it in, then bag it up and put in the trash. i know it rather is not politically spectacular, yet once you pour a Coleman lantern gasoline that's attainable in the purple can on the spill first, it rather is going to convey a number of the old deep stuff to the outdoors. do not use gas it catches hearth too undemanding and is risky. Use in basic terms sufficient to conceal one spot at a time. and cover it with kitty muddle rapidly and don't scrape it. that should reason sparks. additionally on no account pour from the can. placed some in a cup first.

Kitty litter on it will absorb it up..Then laundry detergent scrubbed in will usually do it. The oil if left there for A long period of time will break down the asphalt and you will have a hole as they are derived both from petroleum...Get the oil leak fixed or put something under the vehicle to absorb it..

There is a wikihow article on this that I found very useful:

They recommended using a product called Eximo. It uses an organic process to get rid of the oil. It worked great on my driveway and garage floor, and was easy to do.

Note: I could only find this product available direct through the company's site - www.mycaf.com.

You can use Shaklee Basic H concentrate. One bottle does 39 gallons of solution. Its non-toxic, environmently friendly and safe, and 100% money back guarantee. If your not happy (which is impossible) you send back the emply bottle and get 100% of your money back. The best and cheapest thing for cleaning oil is cement. Sprinkle dry cement onto stain, leave a few mins and simply brush it up. The stain will have disappeared.

Like a few others have said, pressure washer works the best. I have also used oven cleaner spray. It worked well on a concrete driveway. Good luck!

Just get a bucket full of washing detergent and a stiff broom. That will do the trick.

Alternatively if you have a pressure washer, that will get rid of it quickly and without any chemicals.

There is a product called OilEater, I got mine at Costco, can be used full strength for tough stuff or diluted. It really works well. If you know an Amway distributor, get some Industroclean if they still make it. Used to work well for me.
