You can just install it using the web (try this site http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=2DA43D38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en) and installing it again. If that doesn't work, try sending an email to ea games.

oh....thats easy just go to microsoft.com and in search type in direct x and download it from there.....DirectX 9 after installing it i think your gonna have to restart you computer.....but still its easy! if you need more help you more then welcome toemail me.....
