Well any snorkel tour is fun, I enjoyed Isla Contoy, The island is 90 mins past Isla Mujeres, their's only 2 boats that hold permits for excursions so they are very good, you can also head out to El Garrafon Natural park it's a beauty there too.

The best snorkel tour is with Snorkel Adventure Tour. They go to Puerto Morelos. Half day or all day. They pick up at your hotel. Give them a call when you get to Cancun

Find one to Cozumel. Great dive sites and a lunch downtown before you go back to the mainland.
