once i was at a restaurant with some friends and asked for nachos and cheese. i was expecting to get a bowl of nachos and cheese to dip them in and we'd share them. apparently the server never heard of such a thing because she came back with a plate of nachos and cold shredded cheese sprinkled over top of them. perhaps an even worse example would be at taco bell. once i went through the drive-thru and asked for a nachos belle grande, no sour cream. when i get home all i see is a white glob of crap in a bowl. the sales slip said "nachos belle grande...only sour cream" the moron thought i only wanted sour cream and a spoon. a waste of $2.79

T-Bell would have fixed it if you taken it back in (may have been too far away to notice)
Our best was a VERY busy popular restaurant - Waitress took our drink orders - and 30 minutes later when we did not have our drinks - we asked to speak to our waitress - the floor supervisor came by - got our drinks -
and found that the waitress had taken everyone's order - and walked off the job - telling no one

I am a vegetarian, so I always go to McDonalds & order a plain cheeseburger without the burger or any other condiments.
Well once they handed me a Chicken McNugget box containing a burger patty covered in every possible topping except cheese and of course the bun -- it had mayo, pickles, horse radish, mustard, everything!!
It was sooo gross.

My buddies and I ordered chicken sandwitches... and every piece of chicken that came out was raw. And this happened on two different days.... at the same restaurant!!
Haha, I've never had them forget to include the nachos in my order of nachos, though.

mine was at mcdonalds.
i was craving a jr big mac. its late at nite, just got off work so i was going to take it home.
so i got home and opened the bag and low and behold a friggin mcrib. i was so pissed. i hate those things. needless to say, i didn't eat.

poor thing.. i ordered something with not tomatoes and they gave me tomatoes..but its blended in so i couldnt see them so i ate it and i got a alergic reaction on the spot
