Practice on a trampoline. It'd probably be the safest way, and it really works! I love doing toe touches on the trampoline.

But first, you have to have flexibility and strength. Start stretching everyday, and maybe even start a bit of yoga for the addition of strength.

Lay on the ground on your back with your arms above your head. Lift your torso off the ground using your arms, at the same time as pushing your legs out to the side like you were doing a toe touch. Do 10 or so of those every day for a while.

ok the trick to doing a toe touch is to practice practice practice practice practice i know that at this point you might feel like you can't do a toe touch. however its all in the mind if you keep telling your self that you can do it one day you will do it . but first you need to try doing one on a trapoline this will help you work on touching your toes and it will give you more time in the air after you try it a couple of times you will get the hang of it b( this might take some days) . when ever you feel like your ready to do one on the ground then try it(don't rush your self) take note that you might not touch your toes the first time but just keep working on it. i wish you all the luck

I can't exactly teach you how to do a toe touch over the computer, but I can tell you this: spend time jumping up to see how much air time you can get. You need a lot to master a toe touch. Also, increase the flexibility in your hip sockets to ensure that your legs reach your toes in the air. Hope that helps.

Well first stretch, then do froggies! Froggies are when you're up in the air but your legs are in a box. Once you do those after a while then try to do toe touches. Just keep practicing the froggies so your legs will be able to kick out and snap up! Best of luck to ya!!!! =}
