fighting against poverty?

hey ppl! i dont want to talk a lot and i do prefer to say the story so brief.
After thinking a lot, finally i decided to switch my life style and my life line. I want to become someone helpful in Fighting Against Poverty ... where do I have to begin my way??? I am ready for everything that I can do.

Why don't you start, if you are ready, by signing up for a group like the peace corp. or another group that will send you to another area where you can help disadvantaged people. If that sounds too drastic, work for a non-profit center that assists the homeless or the urban poor, or even just start volunteering at a soup kitchen or another service.
