I got an e-mail recently from this website telling me to sign up. The sign up fee is 30 dollars and they said that I will make 600-900 dollars a week. This seems to good to be true, does anyone know about this site?

I wouldn't do it. Several reasons. The first is, you shouldn't ever have to pay to do a job. I've read an article where someone signed up for a site like you mentioned, and though they did get payed surveys through it, it took a year (or maybe it was 6 months...can't remember...some long length of time) to earn enough pay off their sign up fee, and the site basically just referred them to other companies which they could have signed up for free with.

Plus, it may be a phishing scheme trying to get your information. If they are, and you give them your credit card number, they may charge a lot more on it than $30.

There are a lot of legit paid survey sites out there which you can earn money from. They usually pay $1-10 per survey--I've only recieved an invitation to one that paid more than that in the 4 years I've been doing these (Iit was $30 and I didn't qualify for it)--and I'm signed up with more than 10 free sites. If you qaulify for enough surveys to make $50 a month you are doing well. I make about $20 a month--could make more if I used a different browser.

I've listed more about those sites and others I have taken surveys through and actually been paid (or received other rewards like gift cards or CDS) here, if you're interested:

Sure, the site looks professional looking, but asking for a fee up front with the promise of $600-900 /week is a little sketchy. No other contact information, specifically a verifiable street address or telephone number, should also set off a red flag.
