I`ve had it checked out and nobody can tell me the reason why?? Anyone any idea?

To0 rich a mixture, or too lean.........bad valve (engine) burnt piston. Timeing too far advanced.
Possible bad timeing chain ready to jump.
Check valves first, then check compression wet and dry. Dry first obviously, write it all down to show a certified mechanic.

if the engine was not fitted with hardened valves and seats for lpg when converted there's a strong possiblity that the valves are burning out. compression and cylinder leakage tests will confirm or reject this theory.

Because you're sending unburnt gas into the exhaust. That happens because a cylinder didn't fire or you're running too rich.

have you tried running on both fuels does it back fire when petrol used ?,at least this way you will be able to norrow it down a bit
