Definately not a striped shirt, thats way too many stripes. lol. Maybe try a white blouse with quarter length rolled up slevees with a cute tank underneath. Or just layered tanks. Even a pastel Tee.

Like a light weight white top, or any sort of cute white shirt. Or a dark blue ( or is that black?) shirt too. Either would work.
I got a really cute light weight white shirt from Aeropostle a few weeks ago, and I think it would look really good with those shorts.

Don't wear a shirt with stripes or a pattern. It should be kinda simple, because the stripes on the shorts stand out so much.
