retype your email address so that even if you had mis-typed it earlier it will be detected.

It means to either put in your password or type in your email address again.

Just retype your address. Sometimes have to retype your password too. Normal precautions.

re-type you email addy in the space provided and hit 'send' or whatever they give you to enter the data
