I have lived in a haunted house and seen many unusual things. Just like the other persons says energy just changes forms. I do not find spirits or ghosts to be frightening. Although my friends were scared to come to my house. It never bothered me. I just looked at it as having extra company.

I have never experience this, but I think spirits do exist, as far as evil, I feel these are ghosts waiting to go to the other side, a spirit is kind an dwill guide you on the right path.

Yes. We all have a spirit, an essence, an energy. Since energy can neither be created or destroyed by the laws of the universe, then that energy has to go somewhere. Some of that energy remains here on earth, and it manifests itself in different ways.
