Where can I host images online? (No Thumbnails)?

I noticed a lot of them give you a thumbnail. As far as I know that means they will you give you a link to a small picture, which takes you to a larger picture on their site. Is there a image hosting site that will host the entire image, without thumbnailing it?

Imageshack will host the entire image, without resizing or recompressing it. You can link to the image directly or use a thumbnail.
