Where can I buy lace up boots for walks and exercise?

...possibly with appr. 1 inch heels. Something light and breezy like canvas, but should give good and adjustable support to my legs and ankles. Don't have to be "sexy", just easy to put on/off , decent, and a little feminine. Any ideas?
