Your parents have to sign a form DL-180C that says you have performed your 50 hours. You can keep a "driving diary" of when, where, and how long you have driven to show them.

In PA you have to hold your permit for 6 months. Then you can take the driving test. The permit is actually good for 1 year. There is no documentation needed.

get a log book and have your mom or pop sign off your driving time...kinda like a pilot logs flight hours

in vermont they give you a paper to keep track. go to your dmv and ask for one, they might have forgotten to give you one.
