Im starting to notice in all sports across the board, boxing,basketball,gymnastic,track and field,diving,hockey,tennis,etc etc. Back a fews years no other country really could compete with the U.S. Or is it just me?

not they were. Now athletes seem to care more about the money then actually representing their country. it make me sick when NBA stars pass up on going to the Olympics and representing the US. Just because their not getting 200K per game

I think other countries are starting to spend as more on sports than they use to. Its still nowhere near the amount the U.S. spends on developing athletes but its a start. I think this is the biggest reason why other countries have started catching up.
