In the movie there is a cat in a mansion...and the cat can talk. There are also a little boy and girl, and the cat gets kidnapped. The girl and the boy help to rescue him. Also the cat loves pizza (i think) also they sang the song "on top of spaghetti all covered with cheese, I lost my poor meatball, when somebody."

Its a live action film... real people and not a cartoon. It had a young boy in it and I believe it was a young Brandon Call.
