Depend on how you acquired them. If legit, any scrap-metal dealer will do. All the recycling places anymore report sales to the police, so if you swiped them, let them lie where they are or risk learning anal sex the hard way.

In all my years in the auto repair business,I've never heard of such a place!

It is illegal to recycle catalytic converters that's why you can't buy them in wrecking yards.
