First of all, try and identify your long term goals:

If you'd eventually like to become a doctor or a biologist then I would say anatomy would be more relevant over your lifetime.

If you'd like to become an engineer I would say physics. In general, physics would be more generally useful.

It depends on which one you like more, If you liked biology then go with anatomy. If you liked IPC go with physics. I personally think that anatomy is better because it has more to do with human health, when physics has more to do with why things happen (force and stuff). I would go with anatomy.

WITHOUT ANATOMY WE WOULDN'T BE HERE SO PERHAPS YOU SHOULD CHOOSE ANATOMY, HOWEVER WITH OUT PHYSICS OUR ANATOMY WOULDN'T FUNCTION SO PERHAPS YOU SHOULD CHOOSE PHYSICS. I BELIEVE I HAVE HEARD OF SOME BOOKS ...ONE WAS THE ANATOMY OF PHYSICS THE OTHER WAS ....THE PHYSICS OF ANATOMY. OF COURSE THE BEST THING TO DO WOULD BE TO COMBINE THE TWO AND STUDY BIOPHYSICS.
