The race is very close. Dirk is puttting up some pretty good numbers and leading the Mavs to a crazy record. I'd have to say Nash again for the 3rd time. It's clear to see that without nash, Phoenix was a horrible team. 29-53 in 03-04 and 62-20 in 04-05? That's what an MVP is, he makes the whole team better. 11+ assist a game? As for kobe, yea he scoring 50+ his last 4 games, but i think he's doing it for himself and makes the team look better in the process.

Kobe has been on a good roll here obviously but i have to go with nash. Now if Kobe keeps it up and continues on this kind of pace and leads the lakers deep into the playoffs then i would agree it has to be him.

Dirk is on my favorite team, Kobe and Lebron are my favorite players but Steve Nash is the Most Valuable Player to his team in the league. Just ask Leandro Barbosa who tried to fill his shoes while Steve missed a few games this season.
