I am continually doing that......I seriously give up..game over, I'm tired and exhausted..

usually after 3 or 4 times, my husband says anything more than once is like a broken record - a nagging broken record lol

Hmm..after saying something two or three times and I feel this way. Often times people will ask the same question on Y!A and I will paste my answer from the exact question that was asked just yesterday...perhaps I should just write a book.

I still think about this time about 4 years ago when I couldn't stop saying something over and over. I was telling someone a story and I just couldn't stop saying a phrase over and over without stopping. Now I think of Howard Hughes, (Leonardo DiCaprio) in "Aviator" when he says "Show me all the blueprints. Show me all the blueprints. Show me all the blueprints... show me all the blueprints... show me all the blueprints... show me all the blueprints...". It was just like that only I was saying something like "she didn't know how". I'm probably crazy or something... LOL.

I'm afraid only once. The problem goes beyond saying the thoughts. It is rather the thinking of said thoughts that gets to me. I am a habitual binge thinker. Can you save me from myself?
