Is it worth doing second MBA at IIM's?

I have done my MBA in 2003-05 and got 2 yrs of experience as equity research and now i am planning to do second MBA at IIM. Please suggest me is it worth doing or advise me in, what can done in place of that?

Go for Ph. D.

Find a job and do second MBA in the evening.
