Do what Elon Musk did. He took several hundred million of his profits from selling paypal and started a rocket company called "Space Exploration Technologies". Or just give your money to spaceX and let them do the work for you. I hear that his ultimate goal is manned flights to Mars, but I suspect he would welcome your contribution and the chance to go to the Moon.

Seriously. You and most people (especially those idiots who think the moon landings were faked) have absolutely no idea how complex it is to take humans beyond orbit and set them down safely on a rocky, moutainous, pock-holed terrain that has no atmosphere and is 250 deg on the sun side and minus 150 on the night side.

For goodness sake go read what it took to do it. Read the Apollo story. The launcher, Saturn V, was 360 feet tall. The moon lander cost billions to develop by a huge team of engineers over the course of 8 years.

With the massive USSR rocket and space experience spanning over ten years, they couldn’t do it.

It is not nice putting people down, but honestly, you have no idea what it takes. 400,000 people worked directly or indirectly on Apollo.

How big is your team?

First you need a big building, so to start you clear and level the lot and pour a foundation. Hope that helps.
