YES! My dad died at 40 and in our family picture he was 39...he looked like he was 55!!! He was a big time smoker and drinker. My grandfather was a smoker and he too always looked a lot older than he was. Cigarettes are bad for everything except the cigarette company making big bucks from sales!

Only if you smoke them.
Cigarettes are bad news....period.
They are a waste of your money and
the quality of your life.
They pollute our precious air and damage our precious epithelia, ours and those around us including babies who can't fend for themselves.
Smoking related diseases are the result of the curses of the people who were enslaved by the industry that made others filthy rich.

Yes, they make you age quicker too. Also drinking too much alcohol, lots of stress, living in a polluted area, etc are bad for you too.
