The only thing I can think of is to go to your local Ace, Home Depot, or Lowe's hardware and home/gardening stores and ask them. I bet one of them have a cement like mixture you can use.
Otherwise, you have to go out to a lake, find mud, lay it out, cut it, and dry it for about a week with a mixture of manure and a binding agent.
Probably easier to go to the hardware store.
