I am petite (5'0'') with a cute and pretty face. I am naturally high spirited and optimistic. I smile a lot and am nice.
I have noticed shy men in the past staring at me - but have never approached me or made clear they want me.
Why don't men approach me? I'm confused.

I think you sound very nice and pretty. Some men might be intimidated. The next time you notice a man looking at you - smile directly at him. Don't be afraid to make the first move. They love that!!

Do not know your age or where you live but in my experience petite girls with cute faces don't stay alone for long. Maybe you are not including the men/boys you don't find attractive. There is a lid for every pot and by your description there are many "lids" Be patient and enhjoy

Most guys who aren't jerks won't really approach a woman unless she gives them some kind of signal that it's alright to do so. Maybe you need to work on your body language or eye contact.
Also, there's nothing wrong with approaching men. We like it.

Hey, I agree with everyone else. They (men) probably feel like they'll get rejected by some one as nice as yourself and don't bother.
Why do the mingers always seem to have have boyfriends-because men aren't shy of mingers!

men are naturally afraid of rejection, with the exception of those macho poopheels that you wouldn't want to date anyway. tell you what to do...find a man that you think might be interesting, walk up to him and say hi.

Guess what, if a guy is staring at you, he IS making it clear that he wants you. If you're interested, make eye contact, or better yet, just walk right up and say "hi!"

not being funny maybe they think your too pretty for them, (or feel intimidated as there not as "cute" as yourself.
i know at a resedentail i went to (as i knew nobody i had no fear) was in the same situ with a girl we hit it off, granted we both liked eachother but are both good freinds now (as i dont beleive in one nighters)
just be yourself if you like someone tell them (be dominant men like it)
