um there is only 28 days in february

There will be never a 31st of February. February only has 28 or 29 days in it! It usually has 28 days in it. Only once every 4 years it has 29 days. It will never go higher than 29 days in February. If someone's birthday was on a day that didn't exist, someone messed up their birth certificate, or that person does not exist at all.
