Izzy has shown no respect at all for George's decision to marry Callie, though she claims to be his best friend and she has not helped, in any definite way, his trying to cope with his father's recent death. Now, when he comes to her, completely vulnerable and hurt, she makes no attempt to discourage him from drinking away his problems but instead joins him in binging (resulting in his later blackout) and even sleeps with him. Did Izzy take advantage of George or is there a double-standard when it comes to men and women and if she slept with him then he must have wanted it versus if their genders were reversed in that situation? I couldn't believe that Izzy could have the nerve to then touch his face during the closet scene, when she had already hurt him so much. She's ruined his marriage (and what right did she have to do that) and is pushing him to have an affair, something that seems completely out of character for him. Is Izzy not selfish?

omg, i was so mad when i saw that. I was all "izzie, what the hell are you doing???" shes my fav character on there and lately she has been acting a little bitchy && I thought she liked Alex! She better be careful before she turns into Meredith.

Izzy isnt selfish maybe a bit to opinionated. I think she has feelings for george even though she didnt knoe about it and she resented callie because george no longer paid full attention her ok that is a little selfish. Also she promised that she would be supportive to george since he wanted her showing she really cares. And i thnk she needed to drink her pains away which is why she drunk to and because they slept together it doesnt mean his marriage is over thats simply hypothesis. She isnt pushing him to have an affair she just figuered she had feelings for him. In conclusion Izzy was just being obnoxious as a friend and even though she has feelings he will put themaside for georges happiness!

Yes! I think Izzy is being extremely selfish. Yes, she did lose Denny, who she was supposedly to marry, but it doesnt mean she can't be happy for George and Callie.
Personally, I like Callie. She and George make a cute couple!

izzy is being selfish. she is trying to ruin goerge and caliies relationship cuz she is hurt. she needs to get over herself and find her own UNmarried man!!
