i just started neopets...how the heck do u play?? how do u get an icon thing...like on the boards ppl have icons next to where they posted they're thing. and...what can u do on it?? cheats anyone?? It's like having your own pet. You can train it using codestones, dubloons. You can aslo get random evnets whether it is a quest or you found something. You have to fed your pet or you can put it at the neolodge. There's also exploring the world and there are also dailies which include tombola, giant omlete, giant jelly, fruit machine, etc. Most of the dailies are free. You also play games in the game room and you can win trophies if you get a high score. To get the icon thing. Go to boards on the tool bar and click change language when you get there.
The first thing you would see is the icon thing as you call it. Its called a avatar by the way. Hope this helps!

Those are called avatars. You get them by going to the boards and clicking on chat prefferences. Cheats are on www.sunnyneo.com. Some avatars you need to unlock.
You play by going to games...exploring...all kinds of stuff.

Just play the games and do a task or two, try the tree, I'm not sure what the tree is called, tasks. The whole idea is to explore and have fun.

You can get neopoints by clicking on games(side of screen). As soon as you finish any game, there will be 2 options. send score and restart game. send score to collect nps. restart to play for higher score. Each game can be played 3 times a day except for a select few. My screename is pinkycybunny.
