and what in your opinion is most beautiful, it could be a specific event that you have experiened or an emotion or an idea.
for me it is the feeling of peace i often find outdoors.

Beauty is a cultural thing and we learn it as we grow. just look at the paintings of the 17c - 18c, the idea of a beautiful woman is so different. For a start, the modern idea of the size 0 woman would have been considered to be very ugly.
The same is true of other ascetics. architecture has changed a lot and many buildings which were built in the last 60 years would have been seen as monstrous carbuncle. Now they are begining to be accepted as wonderful.

Actually Beauty comes from an ideal that indicates health in the body and therefore good breeding genes for healthy offspring '
It doesn't change much over different Cultures except for things like weight and its distribution
Just as all cultures are attracted ans strive however badly ( eating Arsenic to keep the skin White for instance )
It is all a perverted primitive drive just as overaquisiton is the it bears no reasonable reflection on survival outcome

Beauty inbourn;for different people the concept of beauty differs.The Miss World (based on measurement)may not appeal to you.Most beautiful in the world may perhaps be a beautiful MIND!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so different things are beautiful to different people!
The most beautiful thing I saw was the aurora borealis or the northern lights!

it's a most difficult questions. i think beauty is something like balance. sometimes we feel it after we loose it, sometimes our entity get absorb with it ,i also think your question isn't complete enough it's better that you discern beauty, prettiness ,peace,passion or maybe i couldn't understand you well .anyway i introduce you to read an article in 'national geographic' issue: 2000 January. it's about beauty and that's one of the profitable articles that i read.

The standers of beauty come from man's deep personalty,believes of what likes and dislikes, what he considers a virtue, his influence by mass media and society play a great role of believing of what is beautiful.
Beauty is what ever gives you joy and satisfaction.

It came from my mum an dads good genes , i love the out doors when it sunny but i also love myself an family so i think that is were beauty comes from being happy .
