When I'm asleep. Sometimes I realize I'm having the same dream again. Sometimes I realize when I'm asleep that I've had the dream thousands of times before.

Reoccuring dreams are the subconscios' way to say "Hey! You need to get this message!" and the dreams will come over and over until you do. It really depends on what you are dreaming, though. If you are interested in looking into your dreams you can try this group:

Dreams are tough to interpret, but pros say if you have a reoccuring dream it is usually connected to something in your subconsiousness that affected you in a strong way. There are psychologists trained to interpret them, so if you really want to know where it's coming from, make an appointment and try to figure it out.

+ Recurring dreams are quite common and are often triggered by a certain life situation or a problem that keeps coming back again and again. These dreams may recur daily, once a week, or once a month, but whatever the frequency, there is little variation in the dream content itself. It usually points to a personal weakness, fear, or your inability to cope with something in your life - past or present.

There must be something in that dream that needs answering and you are not seeing it yet.
