how do i fix an mp3 dat might have a virus?

Plug it into the pc so that it can be seen in My Computer - open up my computer and right click on the device and select from the menu your virus scanner - mine says "scan with avg"

You might have to restore it to it's factory settings. That means all of your songs will be erased. If you have a lot of music, it's good to back everything up on cd's.
