One of those Gizmo can openers. I used it once and never used it again.

My husband insists on buying things for me that i will never use...first it was the palm pilot, then an IPOD. I stay home with the kids, and it seems i can never shut the outside world out to listen to it.

That would have to be that "thing a ma jig "that I bought. It looked so useful and full of promise when I bought it. Unfortunately, when I got home...there were no instructions in English....so it is now sitting up inside my cabinet of no return.

Cuisinart. I used to use it all the time when I cooked with my girlfriend, and after we broke up, I though I just had to get one for myself because they're so great. But I never cook for myself, so it just sits there.

When they have those knife demonstrations in stores, I end up buying all those choppers, slicers and never use them.
