ATP is ATP. There aren't different types of ATP. In chloroplasts, they are generated from light. They both have an electron transport chain leading to the reduction of NADP to NADPH. In mitochondria, there is oxidative phosphorylation which creates the majority of ATP. In plants, it is strictly from light absoption exciting pheophytin.

Mitocondria are involved with respiration (turning sugars into ATP). While chloroplasts are involved with photosynethesis (using light to make sugar). Thats the difference. You'll have to fill in the details.
