Yes, this is certainly possible. I had uncontrollable nausea and vomiting with my first pregnancy (twins), and very little nausea this time. Each person is different, as well as each pregnancy. If you are concerned, ask your doctor to order a blood test to check your HCG and progesterone levels. During early pregnancy, progesterone levels rise, and this is the main cause for morning sickness.

Yes it is possible I have 4 children and i had no morning sickness or nausea with the first 3. Then with my last I did.

Yes, and you are very lucky! I had horrible "morning" sickness that lasted all day for the first five months. Others are sick through all 9 months, and others never experience a single wave of nausea. Every woman is different, and every pregnancy is different.

Yes it's possible and it mainly occurs in the first trimester. By the start of the second trimester it should be gone.

Yes, not everyone experiences nausea. Some women have morning sickness with one pg and not with another, regardless of gender. Count your blessings, you are among the very lucky.

Yes. Only some women suffer morning sickness, and just because you had morning sickness during one pregnancy doesn't mean you will another.
