The Nile River in Egypt is the longest river. It's 4,145 miles (6,671 km) long and flows into the Mediterranean Sea.

Why would you ask that on here? I found that info on ask.com in like 20 seconds.

As a side note... The world's shortest river, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, is the Roe River. It is only 200 feet (61 meters) long. Where I come from that's a ditch ;)
