I dont believe that they have Hindi as a second language courses. You can get your schooling there but dont expect them to slow down for you, only in america can one student set the pace for the rest.

Oh yes very much.
Most of the higher education in India is in English language only.

This is true to the fact that India has 15+ official languages and as any student can enroll for any institute institute throughout India, English sums up to be a common language than Hindi.

However before enrolling check the school/college first.
