Because the thing is my little brother wants to know because he said that when he plays his game theres a spot were is says Custom music and he already has music on there so hes wondering how to use it under his game?

During any game press the music sigh\symbol on the bottem right.. In grand they auto liberty city stories you can drive a car and in the radio go to menu, optins, auto\ext... and chose what song you would like...

On GTA, you cannot use your own music unless you have itunes which sucks.
