I have to say AFC North. Cincy, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Baltimore is a mutual-hatred society like no other.

Hands down the NFC East. The Redskins and Cowboys are one of the classic rivalries. Throw in the Giants and Eagles and these are all classic teams with classic rivalries. After the NFC East I would say the AFC East. Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Bills.

AFC West-rivalries maintained from the AFL beginnings.
Best thing the NFL accomplished on Tagliabue's watch was the geographical, historical realignment of the four team divisions. NFC East and the NFC North are so much better since giving the Cardinals and the Bucs the boot.

The AFC North. Pittsburgh and Cleveland is a great rivalry, lots of Hate. Cleveland and Cincinnatti are in the same state so thats a good one. The Ravens and Browns is great, because the RAVENS WERE THE OLD BROWNS. Yes if you were unsure, the Browns were sold in 1997 or so and came back as expansion team in 1999.

NFC east... Giants, Redskins, Eagles, and Cowboys hate each other. And they are all pretty good.... I also have to agree with you that AFC North is ALTIME rivals... They all had dynasties in the division...

If I had to choose all time my first would be the 49ers and Cowboys in the 80s and the 90s...(Not division rivals....) 49ers were better at the 80s but Cowboys were better in the 90s...

In the 70s... Steelers and Cowboys... Steelers had Swann, Stallworth, Bradshaw, Harris, Bleier, and all the others Cowboys (I don't know much about them)

NFC East - Redskins, Cowboys and Eagles... all hate each other!-- You've also got the Giants in there.

Next would be NFC North - Bears, Lions, Packers, Vikings... These teams combined have been in the league longer than any other division... this makes for a competitive league.

AFC North/NFC East

It was more exciting in the old AFC Central, with the Oilers/Titans and Steelers.

the terrific rivalries in one million branch is the NFC East in the east all communities have been aggressive whilst it is composed of dealing with one yet another and that all of them have had great Bowl success different than the Eagles ahaha. BQ: terrific pass divison contention over the years in all risk has been Colts-Patriots or all time perhaps 49ers-Cowboys

NFC North. Packers vs Bears; Packers Vs. Lions; Packers vs. Vikings.

The first two go back to the 1920's. The Vikings were "born" in 1960 and by 1962, declared the Pack their "traditional rivals".
