Personally, I like Caden because Caleb is very biblical.

I like Caleb - Caden seems like such a fad-name to me, where there will be tons of Caden for about five years, and then no one will use it anymore.

Caleb is better, there are way too many kids named Caden/Aidan/Jayden right now. Caleb is classic and not as popular.
For middle names, you could try something classic, like Thomas or James, or something different, like Morris or Chase. Since Caleb is a Hebrew name, you could also go with something in that vein, such as Joshua or Laurence.
