Which company is considered as "Glocal"? And what kind of marketing communication strategy do they need in order for them to be classified as Glocal?

Glocal, you mean like a rare disease that has been attributed to medeival superstition? Or do you mean Global?

Gillette, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Unilever, Sony, are all sort of global... but I'd say Unilever and Gillette are the most global out of that list.

Other recognised brands are Coke, Pepsi, Mcdonalds, Disney, but those companies are more localized, they kind of rent their brands out to other companies. (or with Disney, they have local branches, but they don't do the same thing as world headquarters).

It has nothing to do with their marketing strategy. It has to do with either where they sell to, or where they base their headquarters. Google and Unilever for example have more than one headquarters in more than one country, and Unilever flies it's employers all over the place between bases. Coke is just world known, but it's marketing strategy is nothing like Unilevers, nor is Microsoft's.

Walmart, MacDonalds etc.. are all global companies.
Check their websites.
